By accessing the casinoplis website, creating a casinoplis account, or using any service offered through the casinoplis platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. 3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active casinoplis account. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinoplis login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. casinoplis will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact casinoplis support immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

casinoplis reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity that casinoplis deems harmful to the platform or other players. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

casinoplis accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. casinoplis does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your casinoplis account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
• casinoplis reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of KYC procedures.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your casinoplis account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• casinoplis does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card cash advances, or payments from unverified third-party sources.

casinoplis processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

5.1 Verification Requirement

All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of the verification process.

5.2 Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
